Our therapists have a wide range of experience, knowledge, education, and on-going training in order to address the diverse needs of EAP clients.

If your employer has an employee assistance program (EAP) provided by FSEAP, then you and your eligible family members may use the services included in your program at no cost to you. Your employer pays for the services provided by FSEAP as part of your employee or union member benefits package. In some cases, organizations require that the employee pay a small user fee. Our counsellors will advise you if any user fee applies to you.

We have qualified and experienced professional staff and all of our counsellors and professional associates hold a minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, counselling-psychology, or social work and have 3-5 years of clinical experience. All discussions are confidential and we do not release any information without prior written consent except to protect life, when ordered by a court of law, or if there are concerns about children’s welfare.
