Staff Qualifications
All of our counselling staff have completed Industry Canada's Registered Insolvency Counsellor program. As well, all
have completed, or are close to completing, the Accredited Financial Counsellor program through the Association for Financial
Counselling and Planning Education.
In addition, our agency has been accredited by the Ontario Association of Credit Counselling Services. This is a 260-point inspection
of every aspect of our agency's functions, ensuring that the highest quality service is provided to our clients.
