Community Integration Program
The Community Integration Program provides assistance to individuals eighteen years of age and older who have
a developmental disability, and to families in Middlesex County who have a child under the age of l8 with a developmental
disability
We offer two programs that support individuals and families with developmental disabilities: the Community Integration
Program and the Family Support Program. These programs provide expertise about available community resources,
can provide planning and advocacy assistance, make referrals, and will provide limited non-financial support. Individuals
over eighteen receiving this assistance must reside in the City of London, or in Middlesex or Elgin Counties.
